NautiBuoy & SeaRaft: Exclusive Inflatable Platform Dealer for Malta and Sicily

Mercer Yachting and sister company Ritz Marine are now the exclusive dealers for NautiBuoy and SeaRaft inflatable platforms across Malta and Sicily.

For captains and fleet managers, this means direct access to two of the most respected inflatable platform brands in the superyacht industry, with local stock, specification support, and Mediterranean-wide delivery from our base in Malta. No freight forwarding through third parties, no waiting on distributor lead times from northern Europe.

We've handled inflatable platform procurement for superyachts for years. This exclusive dealership formalises what we've been doing and gives you faster turnaround, better pricing, and a single point of contact for everything from initial spec to quayside delivery.

Whether you're looking to buy a NautiBuoy inflatable platform in Malta or source SeaRaft jet ski docks for delivery to Sicily, both Mercer Yachting and Ritz Marine carry full stock. We're the only place to buy these brands in Malta and Sicily.

NautiBuoy: British-Designed, DAME Award-Winning Platforms

NautiBuoy won the prestigious DAME Design Award in 2015 in the deck equipment category. The platforms are designed by yachtsmen, built from a 200mm deep PVC dropstitch core, and bordered with Mehler German PVC selected for UV resistance, temperature tolerance, and long-term durability.

Every platform inflates to operating pressure (250mb / 3.6 PSI) in under 3.5 minutes. A Leafield Marine A6 safety valve rated at 5.5 PSI (379mb) prevents over-pressurisation. Bravo C7 Halkey Roberts valves with internal protective mesh handle inflation and deflation. The platforms carry EN 15649-1-2-3:2012 certification for floating leisure articles.

A single crew member can inflate, launch, and stabilise any NautiBuoy platform with its four-corner ballast bag system in under 5 minutes. Only soft loops sit on the underside and edges, so there's zero risk of scratching topsides, paintwork, or teak decking. Stainless steel 316 D-rings with reinforced pads handle tethering.

Sports vs Voyager Series

NautiBuoy offers two series across four platform sizes. The Sports series handles every core function: sunbathing, swimming, water sports staging, and maintenance work. The Voyager series does everything the Sports can, but adds the patent-pending Air Toggle linking system for multi-platform configurations.

With Voyager, you can link platforms end-to-end for longer pontoon setups, side-by-side for wider sun decks, in L-shapes for guest drop-off points, or in T-shapes for jet ski docking. The Air Toggle connection also provides a second air chamber for safety redundancy.

Platform Sizes

Model Inflated Size Weight Max Load Inflate Time Max Users
375 2.5m x 1.5m 20 kg 410 kg 1 min 30 sec 3
525 3.5m x 1.5m 26 kg 480 kg 1 min 40 sec 4
675 4.5m x 1.5m 31 kg 600 kg 2 min 40 sec 5
800 4m x 2m 42 kg 700 kg 3 min 30 sec 5

All four sizes are 20cm deep when inflated. Every platform ships with two multipurpose platform mountings and 50mm Velcro strips for securing accessories like boarding ladders and transom bumpers.

Surface Finishes

Two options: Teak finish (UV-resistant foam, soft underfoot, patented design in the UK, Europe, and US) and Diamond finish (non-skid PVC, contemporary look, easier to clean and more flexible for storage). Both are non-slip when wet.

C-Dock: Seabob and eFoil Docking

The NautiBuoy C-Dock is a drive-in, drive-out docking solution for Seabobs and eFoils. It measures 2.5m x 1.5m inflated (packs down to 176cm x 51cm x 33cm) and uses a 40-litre ballast bag to stay stable on the water surface. Available in both Sports and Voyager variants, the C-Dock works standalone or connects to other NautiBuoy platforms via the Air Toggle system.

For yachts running multiple Seabobs, the C-Dock eliminates the repetitive lifting and lowering of expensive underwater scooters. Crew slide them onto the dock between sessions. It's a simple idea that saves time, reduces back injuries, and protects equipment worth €8,000 to €18,000 per unit.

SeaRaft: Dutch-Engineered Docking Solutions

SeaRaft is engineered in the Netherlands and handbuilt in Europe. Where NautiBuoy excels at multi-purpose leisure and maintenance platforms, SeaRaft has carved out a specialisation in purpose-built docking solutions for jet skis, eFoils, and Seabobs.

Every SeaRaft dock ships with water ballast bags, soft grip carry handles, D-rings, and rubbing strake around the full perimeter. The Air Sand Timer Connection System allows individual docks to link into larger configurations, similar in concept to NautiBuoy's Air Toggle but designed specifically for SeaRaft's docking geometry.

Jet Ski Docks

SeaRaft offers the widest jet ski dock range we've seen. Configurations include:

  • T-Shape JT520 (4m): T-shaped layout that stabilises the dock and provides a wide approach ramp. Ideal for single PWC operations.
  • M-Shape JM600 Square Double (4m): holds two jet skis in an M-shaped cradle that prevents side-to-side movement. Built for yachts running a pair of Sea-Doos or Yamahas.
  • M-Shape JM1400 Rounded Double (5.2m): maximum clearance and a rounded hull cradle for the largest jet skis on the market.

All jet ski docks come in teak or diamond surface finishes, matching the NautiBuoy aesthetic if you're running both brands on the same yacht.

eFoil Docks

SeaRaft's eFoil dock range includes the ES225D (1.5m) and ES400D (2m), both with diamond-tread surfaces for wet grip. These are flat platform docks rather than slotted designs, giving you flexibility for eFoil storage, battery swaps, or general water-level staging between rides.

SeaPools

SeaRaft SeaPools are modular setups made from four component platforms with an internal weighted net that creates a safe swimming area alongside the yacht. Design options accommodate integrated docks for jet skis, tenders, and other toys, along with submerged swim access ladders. For charter yachts operating in jellyfish-heavy waters, a SeaPool transforms guest confidence in the water.

Procurement and Commissioning from Malta

We handle the full procurement cycle from our base in Marsaskala, Malta. Here's what that looks like in practice.

Specification: We'll walk through your vessel's layout, garage space, guest programme, and deployment requirements. A 45m motor yacht with a single tender garage has different needs to an 80m with a dedicated toy deck and chase boat.

Stock and lead times: Core NautiBuoy and SeaRaft models are held in stock. Custom configurations (branded colours, specific linking setups, bespoke SeaPool layouts) typically run 4 to 6 weeks from order.

Custom branding: Both brands offer custom colour matching and logo placement. We coordinate directly with the manufacturers on Pantone references, logo artwork, and placement proofs. Your inflatable platforms can match your yacht's livery and carry your vessel name or charter branding.

Delivery: We ship to any Mediterranean port. Malta-based yachts get same-day or next-day delivery. Sicily, Sardinia, the Adriatic, and the western Med run 2 to 5 days depending on your berth location. We've delivered to yachts mid-charter in Ibiza, Mykonos, and Montenegro.

Installation support: we'll come aboard, unpack, inflate, walk your deck crew through the ballast system, linking configurations, valve maintenance, and stowage best practices. Your bosun leaves with the knowledge to deploy and recover the platforms single-handed.

Retail Pricing

For individual unit pricing, retail purchases, and direct-to-consumer orders, visit Ritz Marine, our sister company. Ritz Marine is the exclusive retail dealer for NautiBuoy and SeaRaft in Malta and Sicily, with transparent manufacturer-based pricing and EU-wide shipping. Buy a NautiBuoy platform, SeaRaft jet ski dock, or C-Dock directly from their Malta warehouse.

Which Platform for Which Yacht?

Choosing between NautiBuoy and SeaRaft isn't an either/or decision. Most superyachts over 40m benefit from both. Here's how we typically spec them.

Yachts Under 30m

Start with a single NautiBuoy Sports 375 or 525. At 20 to 26 kg, either fits in a lazarette or cockpit locker. The 375 (2.5m x 1.5m, 410 kg max load) is enough for 3 guests sunbathing or a crew member doing waterline maintenance. Add a SeaRaft eFoil dock if you're carrying a Fliteboard or Lift.

Yachts 30m to 50m

This is where the NautiBuoy Voyager series earns its keep. Two Voyager 525 or 675 platforms linked end-to-end create a 7m or 9m floating sun deck that transforms the swim stop experience. Add a SeaRaft T-Shape JT520 jet ski dock if you're carrying a PWC, and a C-Dock for your Seabobs.

Total stowage for this setup: roughly 4 bags, each under 170cm long. That's manageable for most tender garages.

Yachts 50m and Above

Full configuration. Multiple Voyager 800 platforms (4m x 2m, 700 kg capacity each) linked side-by-side and end-to-end for a large-format floating beach club. SeaRaft M-Shape double docks for your jet ski fleet. C-Docks for Seabobs. eFoil docks for your Fliteboards. A SeaRaft SeaPool for safe swimming in open water.

For charter yachts at this size, custom branding across the entire inflatable fleet creates a cohesive look that photographs well and reinforces the charter brand.

Why Source from Malta?

Malta sits at the centre of the Mediterranean's busiest superyacht corridors. Yachts transiting between the western Med and the Adriatic, or heading south to Greece and Turkey, pass through Maltese waters regularly. Grand Harbour, Msida Marina, and the superyacht facility at Manoel Island put you within a short drive of our warehouse.

We're a registered EU company (Ritz Marine Ltd, C100954), so all transactions are VAT-compliant with proper EU invoicing. For yachts under Temporary Admission, we handle the paperwork.

Sicily coverage means we can meet you in Palermo, Syracuse, Catania, or the Aeolian Islands. Same stock, same pricing, delivered to your berth.
