Port clearance and customs documentation, berth reservations across Grand Harbour, Manoel Island, and Portomaso marinas, crew logistics (flights, transfers, accommodation), provisioning coordination, fuel bunkering, waste disposal, and any ad-hoc shore-side support. We act as your single point of contact for everything that happens on land.
Crew list, passenger list, ship's registration certificate, insurance documents, last port clearance, and stores list. For EU-flagged vessels it's straightforward. Non-EU flagged vessels need a T2L or customs transit declaration depending on status. We handle all submissions to Transport Malta and Customs.
Standard clearance is same-day for vessels with documentation in order. Pre-arrival submissions (which we handle 48-72 hours before arrival) speed this up significantly. Complex cases involving C-status goods or bonded stores may take an additional day.
Yes. Flights, airport transfers, hotel bookings, visa support letters, and coordination with the vessel's schedule. Malta's central Mediterranean location makes it a practical crew change hub with direct flights to most European capitals.
Grand Harbour handles vessels up to 130m+, Manoel Island up to ~60m, Portomaso up to ~50m. The Malta Freeport and Palumbo Superyachts yard handle refit and larger vessels. We'll recommend the best berth based on your vessel's LOA, draft, and itinerary.
Yes. Supplies delivered under customs supervision to vessels in port can be structured to avoid triggering EU VAT obligations depending on the goods' customs status and the vessel's flag and use. We coordinate with customs brokers and freight forwarders to ensure compliance.
