Every Product Category, One Supplier
Most superyachts end up juggling six to ten different suppliers for their product needs: one for engine spares, another for deck hardware, a third for tenders, a fourth for water toys, a fifth for safety equipment, a provisioning broker, a uniform supplier, and so on. Each with their own invoice format, markup structure, delivery lead time, and commercial terms. It's not a coherent supply chain — it's a loose federation of accounts payable pain.
Mercer Yachting consolidates that. We're a single superyacht products supplier with specialist coverage across every category — over 500 verified suppliers across 25+ countries, routed through a single procurement desk in Malta. One point of contact, one markup structure (transparent 10% on every line item), one consolidated invoice. The categories below link through to the specific sub-hub for each product group.

How We Work as Your Product Supplier
A single procurement account across every category changes the workflow:
- One quote request form: Whether you need a MTU filter kit, three Sea-Doos, a life raft re-service, or crew uniforms, it goes through the same quote request with a single ops contact.
- One consolidated invoice: Monthly (or per-order if you prefer), one invoice line-by-line across every category. Supplier cost + 10% markup listed separately on each line. Your accounts payable team sees one vendor instead of twelve.
- Transparent 10% markup, always: Never increased for urgent items, never different by product category, never stacked with hidden handling fees. What you see is what you pay.
- Cross-category consolidation: We stage multi-supplier orders at our Malta facility and ship dockside as one consolidated delivery — one set of freight costs, one arrival window, one signature.
- Fleet management friendly: For management companies running 3+ vessels, we offer volume-based terms, fleet-wide recurring order schedules, and consolidated reporting.
Consolidation Example
A 55m motor yacht preparing for the season sent us: a MTU 2000 service kit, 20L of Jotun antifouling, a Fliteboard Ultra, 2× Sea-Doo GTX, crew uniforms for 12 new joiners, and a life raft re-certification. Six different suppliers, one consolidated quote, one dockside delivery at Grand Harbour. Previous supplier count: 6 invoices across 5 weeks. With Mercer: 1 invoice, 3 days.
Mediterranean Delivery Coverage
Products sourced through our network can be delivered to any vessel anywhere in the Mediterranean basin. Typical lead times once orders ship:
| Region | Key Ports | Typical Delivery |
|---|---|---|
| Malta | Grand Harbour, Manoel Island, Msida | Same day |
| Central Med | Sicily, Sardinia, Tunisia | 1-2 days |
| Western Med | Barcelona, Palma, Antibes, Monaco | 2-3 days |
| Adriatic | Split, Dubrovnik, Tivat | 2-3 days |
| Eastern Med | Piraeus, Bodrum, Limassol | 2-4 days |
For non-EU ports (Turkey, Montenegro, Tunisia, Albania), we handle customs documentation and coordinate clearance with local agents. Duty-free ship stores declarations are handled where applicable.
The 500+ Supplier Network
We don't just list suppliers — we've vetted and worked with them. The network breaks down roughly like this:
- Authorised OEM distributors: Caterpillar, MTU, MAN, Volvo Penta, Cummins, Northern Lights, Kohler, Naiad, Quantum, Rolls-Royce, ABT TRAC — direct channel access for genuine parts and warranty-protected equipment.
- Specialist fabricators: Custom stainless steel, carbon composites, teak decking, canvas and upholstery — for vessels needing bespoke items that catalogue-suppliers can't provide.
- Authorised toy & watersports dealers: Fliteboard, Seabob, Awake, JetSurf, Sea-Doo, Jobe, O'Brien, Lift Foils — direct dealer status means warranty-valid inventory and trade pricing.
- Safety & class society suppliers: Certified life raft service stations, pyrotechnic suppliers, MED-approved equipment vendors — flag-compliant procurement where certification matters.
- Logistics partners: Courier, air freight, sea freight, and local-agent networks at every major Mediterranean port to handle the delivery leg.
When a supplier underperforms — late deliveries, quality issues, opaque pricing — we replace them. The network is a curated list, not a directory.

Frequently Asked Questions
What product categories do you supply for superyachts?
We cover the full superyacht category spread: engine room spares (filters, pumps, valves, seals), deck & rigging (anchors, lines, winches, safety), tenders and davits, water toys (eFoils, jet skis, Seabob), lithium safety storage, galley consumables, crew supplies, and exterior products like paint and antifouling.
How large is your supplier network?
Over 500 verified suppliers across 25+ countries. The network covers authorised OEM distributors, specialist marine fabricators, and logistics partners — not generic marketplaces.
Do you supply OEM parts or only aftermarket?
Both. OEM is the default for engine spares and warranty-critical items. Aftermarket alternatives are quoted alongside on request so you can see price/quality tradeoffs and decide.
How does your 10% markup compare to traditional yacht agents?
Many traditional agents quote at "retail price" which can hide 25-40% markup. We show you the supplier cost and our 10% on every line. Transparent comparison is easy because there's nothing hidden.
What's the minimum order value?
No minimum. Single O-ring to full refit parts list — same 10% markup, same service level.
Do you provide provisions and food supplies?
Fresh food, beverages, and specialist dietary items are handled through our Malta Desk provisioning and logistics service. Dry stores, cleaning supplies, and non-perishable galley items fall under standard procurement.
Do you offer payment terms for yacht management companies?
Yes. New clients typically pay on order confirmation. After a few successful orders, we move to 30-day terms. Fleet-management companies with multiple vessels can discuss consolidated monthly invoicing and volume arrangements.
