Malta's position gives us a distinct advantage: 300 km to Sicily, 350 km to Tunisia, and within a two-day sea freight window of almost every major Mediterranean cruising ground. We stock key lines locally and coordinate rapid delivery to any port from Gibraltar to the Greek islands.
Most established toy suppliers in this space are based in Northern Europe or Monaco. They're good companies, but they can't match the delivery speed or logistical flexibility of a team based in the centre of the sailing grounds. When a chief officer calls at 09:00 requesting six underwater scooters for a charter starting Friday, we can have them quayside in Valletta by lunch.

The Sublue Range
Sublue manufactures five models, each designed for a different use case. Here's what you need to know:
Sublue Vapor: the flagship. Dual-motor design, 2 m/s top speed, 40-metre depth rating, and a 60-minute battery life. At 5.8 kg it's light enough for any guest to handle. This is the go-to for serious snorkelling and diving excursions.
Sublue Navbow+: the versatile all-rounder. 1.8 m/s speed, 40-metre depth, 70-minute battery. Weighs 5.2 kg. Features an integrated action camera mount and LED lights. Great for guests who want to film their underwater experience.
Sublue Navbow: the proven performer. 1.7 m/s speed, 30-metre depth rating, 60-minute battery. At 4.8 kg, it's compact enough to store a dozen in the toy locker without taking up tender space.
Sublue Mix Pro: the lightweight option. 1.5 m/s, 40-metre depth, 60-minute battery. Just 3.5 kg. Designed for snorkelling rather than diving. Guests love these for reef exploration in shallow, clear water.
Sublue Mix: the entry-level model. 1.0 m/s, 15-metre depth, 30-minute battery. Weighs 2.5 kg. Perfect for kids and first-timers. Most yachts order 4-6 of these alongside a couple of Vapors for the more adventurous guests.
We supply spare batteries, charging stations, and replacement parts for the full range. For fleet orders (6+ units), we offer package pricing and can configure custom charging setups for your toy locker.

Fliteboard: Authorised Service Centre
Mercer Yachting is an authorised Fliteboard service centre in Malta. We sell, service, and repair Fliteboard eFoils for superyachts operating across the Mediterranean.
Fliteboard is the leading electric hydrofoil brand in the superyacht market. Their boards fly above the water's surface on a carbon fibre mast and wing, powered by a near-silent electric motor. Top speed is around 45 km/h, and the experience is genuinely unlike any other water toy on board.
Models We Supply
Fliteboard PRO: the full-size performance model. 180 cm board, designed for experienced riders and heavier conditions. This is the one serious riders ask for.
Fliteboard AIR: the lightweight option at 150 cm. Easier to transport, quicker to learn on, and the best choice for most superyacht guest programmes. Weighs under 25 kg fully assembled.
Fliteboard ULTRA: the compact model at 130 cm. Built for experienced foilers who want maximum manoeuvrability. Popular with crew who use it during off-hours.
Service Capability
As an authorised service centre, we handle warranty repairs, battery replacements, motor servicing, and mast/wing inspections. If your Fliteboard needs work anywhere in the Med, we can either service it in Malta or arrange a technician visit at your current port.

Jet Skis
We source Sea-Doo, Yamaha, and Kawasaki jet skis to vessel specification. Most 50m+ yachts carry at least two. We handle the purchase, EU registration paperwork, delivery, and can arrange annual servicing through our network of certified marine mechanics in Malta.
Inflatable Platforms and Toys
Inflatable water parks, slides, trampolines, and floating lounges. We work with brands like FunAir, Aquaglide, and Connelly to build packages that match your yacht's size and guest profile. A typical 60m charter yacht carries €15,000 to €40,000 worth of inflatable equipment.
Underwater Scooters and Diving Equipment
Beyond Sublue, we source Seabob, Cayago, and other underwater propulsion devices. We also supply complete dive packages including compressors, tanks, BCDs, and regulators for yachts with onboard dive programmes.
Foiling Boards and Wakeboards
Beyond Fliteboard, we supply Lift Foils, Waydoo, and traditional wakeboards and water skis. We'll match the right equipment to your tender's tow capacity and your guests' skill levels.
Custom Packages
Most captains and chief officers prefer to order a complete watersport package rather than sourcing items individually. We'll put together a full inventory list based on your vessel size, guest count, charter itinerary, and storage capacity. Packages typically range from €25,000 for a 40m yacht to €150,000+ for a 100m vessel with a dedicated toy garage.

Tender Sourcing
Tenders are the most expensive and most critical items in the toy locker. We work with global tender manufacturers to source the right boat for your vessel, then coordinate delivery to any Mediterranean port.
Types We Source
- RIBs (Rigid Inflatable Boats): the workhorse tender. 3.5m to 9m, from brands like Zodiac, Williams, and Highfield. Prices range from €15,000 to €180,000 depending on size and specification.
- Jet Tenders: compact, fast, and easy to launch from a passerelle. Williams, Castoldi, and Novurania are the leading builders.
- Limousine Tenders: enclosed, air-conditioned guest shuttles for 60m+ yachts. Custom-built to match the mothership's livery and interior styling.
- Chase Boats: 10m+ support vessels for extended toy programmes, diving operations, or guest transfers across longer distances.
Our role is to manage the entire procurement process: initial specification, manufacturer selection, build oversight (for custom tenders), shipping logistics, and quayside delivery. We've coordinated tender deliveries from builders in New Zealand, Italy, the UK, and Turkey.

Delivery and Logistics
We deliver to every major marina in the Mediterranean. The most common delivery points include Grand Harbour Marina (Valletta), Marina di Portisco (Sardinia), Port Vauban (Antibes), Marina Port de Mallorca, and Athens Marina.
For stocked items like Sublue scooters, we can deliver same-day within Malta and within 48 hours to Sicily, Sardinia, or mainland Italy. Larger items and custom orders follow standard freight timelines, typically 3-10 days depending on origin and destination.
Every shipment includes EU customs documentation where required, and we handle the paperwork for temporary importation if your vessel is flagged outside the EU. Our team in Marsaskala coordinates directly with marina offices and yacht agents at the receiving port to ensure smooth quayside handover.
